Most of us make New Years Resolutions. A good one to make for us tennis enthusiasts is HANDS IN FRONT!
I constantly chirp at the players I coach to get the hands out front.
Good things happen when the hands are in front and we are prepared to handle any pace directed at us.
Hands in Front, Elbow tucked and tight, keep the swing short and disciplined and watch your success rate increase.
Go hit ‘em good and most important HAVE FUN!
